The selected agency will work closely with CARE to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates aligned with our organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding CARE’s requirements and developing tailored recruitment plans.
• Advertising job openings and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Conducting initial screenings and shortlisting candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in recruitment services, preferably for NGOs.
• Comprehensive database and network of professionals in Pakistan.
• Expertise in labor laws and HR practices in Pakistan.
