About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Knowledge Management and Partnerships Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in supporting knowledge management, documentation, and the development of strategies for partnerships and growth. The role will contribute to the organization's efforts to stay ahead of emerging trends and ensure the effective documentation and dissemination of insights to inform future engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management and Documentation
- Collect, organize, and manage data and insights related to partnerships, programmatic initiatives, and business development.
- Document emerging trends, best practices, and key learnings from past and ongoing efforts.
- Prepare concise reports, summaries, and presentations to capture progress and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Partnerships Support
- Assist in identifying and cultivating potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct research to align partner opportunities with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Support efforts to strengthen relationships with existing partners through effective communication and engagement.
Strategic and Administrative Support
- Collaborate with the team to develop forward-looking engagement strategies based on documented trends and analysis.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining documentation.
- Assist in planning and organizing workshops, meetings, and events related to partnerships and knowledge management initiatives.
Digital and Knowledge Engagement
- Support the creation of digital content, including newsletters, reports, and visual materials, to enhance outreach and engagement.
- Curate and disseminate knowledge products to strengthen the organization’s profile and reach among stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor’s program in social sciences, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship or volunteer experience in a non-profit, knowledge management, or partnerships role is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, or similar applications.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
