Position Summary:

The Justice Hub Field Officer is responsible for leading community engagement, outreach, and awareness initiatives to strengthen access to justice services. This role ensures effective delivery of Justice Hub programs, mobilizes paralegals, and fosters strong community relationships to promote legal literacy and support vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize monthly legal literacy clinics (minimum 4 per month).
  • Ensure ≥ 200 community participants per month, with attention to gender and minority inclusion.
  • Coordinate mobile legal “first-aid” outreach activities to extend access to justice in underserved communities.
  • Log ≥ 20 paralegal actions per month in the Case Management System (CMS).
  • Conduct follow-ups on external referrals (police, hospitals, shelters, NADRA) and confirm outcomes within 14 days.
  • Lead community outreach and visibility campaigns to raise awareness of Justice Hub services.
  • Conduct regular community mobilization sessions to encourage active use of Justice Hubs.
  • Collect and relay client feedback on-site via surveys to the M&E team.
  • Collaborate with LAS M&E personnel to document outcomes, identify service gaps, and capture lessons learned.
  • Conduct community sessions on legal rights, GBV response, and financial literacy.
  • Mobilize and supervise paralegals for outreach and awareness efforts, ensuring active participation.
  • Maintain paralegal rosters, monitor activities, and assign tasks for effective community engagement.
  • Document outreach and mobilization activities and provide monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Community Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field outreach, community mobilization, or paralegal work.
  • Familiarity with local languages, community networks, and vulnerable populations.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
