Position Objective: The objective of an Finance Intern is to gain practical experience and hands-on to support in various aspects of Finance. By assisting Finance assistant with Donor filling, scanning, supporting in bank & cash payments, payroll archiving, support in Audit & tax notices, the intern aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of Finance processes and best practices. 

Requirements: Bachelors in Finance related discipline

Job Description:

Mission 1: Completion of Finance Files

This position is responsible for:

• Complete files before scanning. In aspect of coding, cheques acknowledgements and signatures.
• Verify that all the documents are coded and present in files.
• Share with Finance Assistant if anything missing in the accountancy files.
• Payroll documents Sorting, Coding, and Archive in hard.

 Mission 2: Scanning of Finance Files

This position is responsible for:

• Scan Monthly accountancy files of base and Capital office.
• Payroll scanning, and archiving.

 Mission 3: E-Archiving

This position is responsible for:

• Once scanning is complete then upload each file of Finance data base on Docu Base, on monthly bases.

Mission 4: Donor Filling

This position is responsible for:

• After getting final closure from Finance Officer start Donor Filling of Each grant according to budget line wise in hard form.

 Mission 5: Ensure compliance with ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies

This position is responsible for:

• Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies  
• Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
• Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability
