Shifa Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization currently implementing the Nutrition services for flood affected communities in targeted districts of sindh tharparkar, khairpur, tando allahyar and sujawal.

Shifa Foundation invites sealed Quotation from registered suppliers, vendors, contractors, and companies for the monthly rental supply of vehicle services 

Terms & Conditions:

• Project Duration is 3.5 months extendable.  
• Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable tax (withholding and sales tax)
• Payment will be made through cross cheque in favour of vendor within 20 working days
• Documents can be downloaded from Brightspyre or can be obtained from Shifa Foundation Office Plot # 210, Street No. 7, I-9/2 Islamabad from 9:00am to 5:00 pm, from 18^th September 2025.
• Sealed quotations should reach Shifa Foundation Office Plot # 210, Street No. 7, I-9/2 Islamabad on or before September 22^nd 2025 and should be clearly marked “BID FOR PROVISION OF VEHICLE UNICEF PROJECT”.
• Sealed Quotations will be opened in the presence of Special procurement committee.
• The Supplier must quote only one option. Bids received with more than one options and rates may be rejected.
• Special procurement committee reserves the right to change the cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
• Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently black listed.
• Lowest price will not be the sole criteria.
• Delivery Time will be mentioned by supplier and strict adherence will be required.
• Your bid must include the following documentation so please use the list below as a ‘Checklist’ before submitting your bid.

 a)      Technical Specification of Vehicles

b)     Company Certificate of Registration

c)      Copy of the NTN

d)     List of Current Clients. 

e)      Bank Statements

• Payment will be made on monthly basis upon submission of proper invoice to Shifa Foundation and log book of each vehicle.
• Firm will provide the complete detail of driver and vehicle along with photocopies of necessary documents along with tender form at the time of submission.
• In case of any breakdown, supplier will be bound to provide a replacement vehicle of the similar specification within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.
• In case of repair & maintenance of the vehicle, supplier will be bond to get repaired the vehicle in one day or will provide the replacement vehicle of the same specifications. In case of failure to provide a suitable vehicle will incur a deduction to the monthly rent of the daily average rent basis.
• Parking allowance of 10 KM both sides will be provided for each vehicle if the parking is not available in office.
• Toll Tax will be reimbursed as per actual by Shifa Foundation.
• Normal Working days will be six from Monday to Saturday.
• An allowance of PKR: 1750/- will be paid if vehicle is utilised on Sunday or public holidays.
