Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media and IT Officer who will be responsible for managing Shine Plus’s online presence, digital branding, and basic IT support. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, solid technical skills, and a passion for digital trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Design engaging posts, banners, videos, and reels to showcase our services and ongoing projects.
  • Increase audience engagement through regular posts, stories, and audience interaction.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and boost reach and visibility.
  • Run paid ad campaigns and coordinate promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.

IT Support and Technical Assistance:

  • Provide basic IT support for office systems, email configurations, and network troubleshooting.
  • Maintain company systems, backups, and digital records in coordination with the Admin team.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining digital attendance records, biometric systems, and online applications.
  • Ensure proper data backup, file organization, and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing and IT support.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, video editing tools, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics), and SEO basics.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
