Position Title: Beautician Instructor
Reports To: Education Facilitator
Duty Station: Safe Home – Islamabad
Unit: Programme

Summary of Key Functions:
The Beautician Instructor will provide practical vocational training to Safe Home residents, supporting their psychosocial development and economic empowerment through structured beauty and self-care sessions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver scheduled training sessions in beautician skills using inclusive and trauma-informed methods.
• Maintain training tools and equipment and ensure safe use by all participants.
• Document attendance and track progress of learners.
• Collaborate with the Education Facilitator to align training objectives with overall learning goals.
• Provide feedback on resident participation and development.
• Support residents’ involvement in exhibitions or skill showcases, if organized.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification or significant experience in beauty services.
• Experience in teaching or vocational training is desirable.
• Familiarity with working in protection or shelter settings is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
