A large public sector organization is seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate for the position of GM Marketing. 

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (First Class) in Business Administration with a major in Marketing or Sales from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Candidates with a Marketing degree complemented by an engineering or technical background will be given preference.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, and international trading of defense-related products and services.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets in highly competitive environments.

Key Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of defense-related products, particularly weapons systems.
  • Strong geopolitical awareness to support strategic decision-making in international markets.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT applications relevant to marketing, business development, and data analysis.
