Key Responsibilities:
Design & Creativity:
Create compelling visual content, including logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website designs, and other marketing materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with the overall strategy.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity by adhering to brand guidelines.
Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Quality Assurance:
Proofread designs for errors before printing or publishing.
File Management:
Organize and maintain graphic assets in an accessible library.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative work.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or Canva.
Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in UX/UI design.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
Familiarity with print production processes.
