The main Goal is to eliminate poverty and violence from society by means of encouraging human rights and civic education culture.

Job Overview/Summary:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable information.  Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems

Major Responsibilities:

  • Analysis data for lacks or errors, correct any mismatches if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Assemble, validate accuracy and sort information according to urgencies to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Produce reports, store finalized work in selected locations and perform backup operations
  • Evaluate mutual issues and take steps to decrease or remove them, and cooperate with other IT Personnel and pursue help from Manager to develop relevant solutions.
  • Perform anticipatory maintenance on hardware and software, troubleshoot malfunctions and call for repairs as needed.
  • Ensuring & maintaining up-to-date record management of Project at office & field office.
  • To support Supervisor in meetings, events, data /figure acquiring for different write ups/data entry/maintaining database & other clerical affairs.

Job Specification:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in social sciences preferably in Computer Science.
  • Preference would be given candidate having experience in development sector

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year of related experience.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • knowledge of relevant software applications
  • Excellent in Computer (Ms. Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Willingness to travel and spend time in field offices as needed
