An international organization is looking for fresh graduate for an unpaid internship opportunity in our Human Resources Department in Islamabad. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and develop professional skills in a corporate environment.

What You Will Learn:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR documentation, record-keeping, scanning and employee data management.
• Participate in day-to-day HR activities and operations.
• Contribute to organizing events, orientations, and trainings.
• Certificate of completion at the end of the internship

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a degree in in HR, Business, or related fields).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
