Associates in Development is looking for Sindh-based experts for an upcoming assignment in District Dadu, Sindh. Preference will be given to candidates with strong field experience in Sindh and familiarity with local contexts.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Sociology, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of professional experience conducting socioeconomic surveys, livelihood assessments, or baseline studies.
• Demonstrated ability to produce GIS-based maps or conduct spatial data analysis using software such as ArcGIS or QGIS will be considered an asset.
• Proven experience in survey design, quantitative data analysis, statistical methods, and use of data analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R, or Python for baseline assessments, productivity analysis, and socioeconomic surveys.
• Experience in developing beneficiary selection criteria and benchmarking frameworks based on data-driven approaches.
• Sindh-based candidates with experience in rural communities and field research in Sindh will be strongly preferred.
