Relevant Experience:

 • Minimum Graduate; Engineering degree will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proven experience in HVAC, MEP, Civil works, Elevators & Escalators, Generator Installation.
• Hands-on experience in project execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure operational efficiency.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage site teams, engineers, and supervisors for multiple projects.
• Ensure timely project execution within budget and in compliance with client specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve operational issues.
• Support tender preparation, project planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance on site.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain high standards of engineering quality, SOP adherence, and client satisfaction.
