Position Summary

Mukins (Private) Limited is seeking a competent and motivated professional for the position of Manager – Business Development & Consulting Operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in leading business development initiatives, coordinating proposal preparation, supporting team management, and overseeing the implementation of consulting assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities with government departments, donors, NGOs, and private sector clients.

• Lead and coordinate preparation of high-quality technical and financial proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and bids in line with donor and public procurement requirements.

• Support recruitment, team formation, and coordination of multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.

• Provide managerial oversight of project implementation to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Coordinate internal planning, documentation, reporting, and monitoring systems for consulting assignments.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to organizational strategy, service development, and continuous improvement of consulting practices.

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting firms, development organizations, or donor-funded projects.

• Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, coordination, and project management.

• Strong understanding of public sector systems and development programming frameworks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
