Position Summary

The Female Vocational Instructor will deliver market-oriented skills training to women and adolescent girls, aligned with Punjab’s skills demand (e.g., stitching, beautician, digital skills, handicrafts).

 

Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities

A. Training Delivery

  • Conduct competency-based vocational training sessions.
  • Align curriculum with market demand and Punjab Skill Development frameworks.
  • Ensure practical, hands-on training (70% practical focus).

B. Gender & Safeguarding Compliance

  • Ensure safe, inclusive, and culturally appropriate learning environment.
  • Identify and report protection concerns.

C. Student Performance Management

  • Track attendance, learning outcomes, and certification readiness.
  • Support job placement or home-based enterprise linkages.

Key Deliverables

  • Training completion reports
  • Student competency assessments
  • Placement/enterprise tracking

KPIs

  • Training completion rate (>85%)
  • Employment/self-employment rate (>40%)
  • Attendance rate (>90%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical certification (TEVTA/PSDF preferred)
  • 2–4 years experience
