REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – SUPPLY OF LIBRARY BOOKS

(Ref: FWA/RFQ/2026–HF-01)

A non-profit, non-governmental local organization based in District Mansehra invites sealed quotations from relevant, reputable, and eligible vendors, books sellers, firms, or suppliers for the supply of Library Books.

1. Scope of Work:

The selected vendor/supplier will be responsible for the provision and delivery of Library books as per the attached lists, in the quantities as specified. All books must be new, complete, and suitable for library use.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Vendors must meet the following requirements:

• Registered and legally operating business in Pakistan.
• Must have a valid business bank account.
• Must be registered with FBR / NTN.
• Demonstrated experience in supplying books to educational institutions, libraries, or NGOs.
• Ability to provide timely authentic and high-quality books.
• Capacity to deliver within the stipulated time frame.

3. Quotation Submission:

• Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes.
• Each quotation must include the following information:
• Unit prices for books as per the attached list.
• Total cost, including taxes and delivery charges to Mansehra.
• Delivery time.
• The envelope must be clearly marked:
  “FWA/RFQ/2026–HF-01: Supply of Library Books”

4. Submission Deadline:

Quotation must reach the organization office by February 21, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

5. Delivery Location:

Library books must be delivered to:

6. Terms & Conditions:

• The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without providing a reason.
• Payment will be made via cross cheque after verification and acceptance of delivered items.
• All quotations must remain valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
