Open Positions

• Field Trainers (Multiple openings)
Requirements: MSc (Hons) in Agriculture – Horticulture; 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
Locations: Chakwal, Sargodha, Multan.

• Social Mobilizers (Multiple openings)
Requirements: MA or MSc in Rural Sociology; 5+ years of experience.
Locations: Chakwal, Sargodha, Multan.

• Grants Associates (Multiple openings)
Requirements: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Social Sciences, Economics, or Statistics.
Locations: Chakwal, Sargodha, Lahore, Multan.

Key Responsibilities

• Form and manage farmer enterprise groups, including documentation and registration.

• Deliver hands-on training to farmers on crop production enhancement, post-harvest handling, resource efficiency, food safety, climate change adaptation, and business skills.

• For Grants Associates: Collect commodity data and develop viable business plans.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by project management.
