• Date: From 30th March 2026 to 2nd April 2026

• Time: 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM

• Kindly submit your bids in a sealed envelope, either by hand or via courier, no later than 2nd April 2026 to below address

• The assets will be offered on an "as is, where is" basis.

• The bid must be submitted on a lump-sum basis for all items and the bidder is required to quote a lump-sum price for all items without any exception

• Bids will be opened and reviewed by the designated committee on 3rd April 2026.

• Successful bidder will be notified.

 Important Instructions for Selected Bidders: 

• Upon receiving confirmation, the full payment must be made via online transfer to bank account (details will be provided in the confirmation email).

• Assets must be collected from the premises within 3 working days after the confirmation to successful bidder.

• Winning bidder to submit full payment within 3 days, failure to do so would result in awarding to the next bidder in line.

• All transportation and handling charges will be borne by the bidder.
