As a Supply chain specialist, you will talk to customers, help them with their needs, and work with various suppliers & logistics companies to get essential products delivered to our patients. BeHope is a growing company, so you will learn new skills, take on new tasks, and have chances to grow in your role.

What We're Looking For:

• A university degree in business, sales, health, or a related field
• Build good relationships with patients & with suppliers
• Be able to help customers with health care needs
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Speak very good English and be able to talk clearly with customers

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily orders and check that all order details and stock levels are correct
• Work with suppliers to send orders and make sure they arrive on time
• Follow up on orders and fix problems like items out of stock or late shipments
• Help customers with questions about orders, shipping, and products
• Work with our software team to develop AI tools
• Plan & execute cross border shipments
• Suggest products and other options that meet the customer's healthcare
• needs.
• Prepare and send quotes, offers, and contracts to the Ontario Ministry of
• Children, Community and Social Services.
