Description:
- Financial Evaluation: 60 Marks
- Sample assessment: 20 Marks
- The sample assessment carries a total of 20 marks, which shall be allocated across all items. Each item will be assessed individually for compliance with the required specifications, and the total marks obtained will determine the final sample evaluation score.
- The sample will be inspected at the recommended vendor’s warehouse or at the NIDA-Pakistan office.
- Previous experience minimum two PO/Agreement of same supplies: (10 Marks 5 for Each PO)
- Bank statement of last one month at the time of apply having minimum 50% balance of the quoted rate (10 Marks)
- Technical Evaluation: 20 Marks

Note: in technical please just provide relevant PO's,NTN and bank statement (complete profile will be asked from recommended vendor later).
